• It may be easiest to use your EMAIL address to log in. Username whatever you entered but for most it is USUALLY your first initial and last name (Jane Member = JMember), but email, as long as it is the email you used for your initiall online sign-up, will always work.
• PASSWORD is unique to you. If you do not remember your password, use the “Lost  Password” link on the login screen to recover/reset your password.
